Note: The seaplane terminal is located at Burrard Landing in Coal Harbour, right along Vancouver’s iconic seawall. Parking is available at 1095 W Waterfront Rd, Vancouver, BC.

Timings of the tour

The Victoria to Vancouver Seaplane tour takes off every hour between 7.30 am and 6.10 pm.

Daily, hourly flights leave from the morning till the evening.

Most tour operators prefer their participants reach the meeting point 40 minutes before the aircraft’s departure.

Restrictions strictly followed

A maximum of 14 travelers are allowed onboard Victoria to Vancouver Seaplane tour.

Baggage allowance up to 25 lbs. (11 kgs) is guaranteed. Extra standby baggage at $2/lb. is allowed onboard. Baggage weight allowance includes all baggage, including purses.

Infants and children are allowed onboard, but infants must sit on the caregiver’s lap throughout the flight.

Passengers must go through a mandatory metal detector scan and bag inspection.

Not wheelchair accessible. A mobility assistance device, such as a wheelchair or cane, may be used by a passenger to get from the terminal to the aircraft, however, passengers must have the ability to walk on and off the aircraft with minimal or no assistance.

Travelers should have a strong physical fitness level

Check in at least 40 minutes early. Be fully checked-in at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff times will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare.

A valid photo ID is required.

No pets are allowed onboard except service animals.

Flight times are approximate based on winds, weights, and conditions.

Seating arrangements may often be in the hands of the tour organizers for a safe and stable flight.

Exclusions of the air tour

No changes are allowed within 24 hours of the experience’s start time.

If the tour is canceled due to poor weather or non-fulfillment of the minimum number of passengers, you may be offered a different date or a full refund.
