With multiple departures daily, be sure to book early to secure your preferred time slot.

The tour fee includes all taxes, fees, and handling charges.

Please note that hotel transfers, food and drinks are not included in Orlando helicopter tours.

Souvenir photos and gratuities are also excluded from the ticket price.

For a safe and comfortable helicopter ride over Orlando, weight limits apply. Passengers exceeding 136 kg (300 pounds) will not be permitted to board.

A minimum of two people per booking is required. The helicopter can accommodate three passengers at a time, so groups of four or more will be split into multiple rides.

Please note that these tours are not wheelchair accessible and are not recommended for individuals with heart problems or other serious medical conditions.

Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in the cancellation of your tour without a refund.

Only service animals are permitted onboard.

Infants must sit on a caregiver’s lap throughout the flight.

Arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time and bring a valid passport or ID card.

Flight times are approximate and subject to weather conditions.

Seating arrangements are managed by the tour organizers to ensure a safe and stable flight.

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your tour date.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will incur a 100% cancellation fee, and no changes can be made within this time frame.

Helicopter tours are weather-dependent. If the tour is canceled due to poor weather or failure to meet the minimum number of passengers, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
